Withdrawal time is a sum of three parts: the operator approving the request, the payment provider processing it and the bank posting it. An advertised “instant” almost always describes the first.

The most common delay has nothing to do with any of the three. It is an unfinished verification that the operator only chases when money is due to leave the account.
